Executive Chef Christian and Sous Chef Alex work together to bring their menu to life and tantalise your tastebuds, creating a dining experience to remember.
The signature dishes celebrate local Maldivian tastes and flavours, including ‘fisherman’s ocean catches of the day’, sustainable pole caught yellowfin tuna, ihi homos (Maldvian lobster), ‘kukulhu riha 1.0’ (Maldivian chicken curry), Boava Risotto and Coconut Bavaroise.

Our chefs, Christian and Alex, love Maldivian food for the simplicity, fewer overlapping flavours of the ingredients brings unique flavour to the plate. Their inspiration came from traditional dishes and flavours because they have the power to transport people to another time and place, they reinvented Maldivian classics by adding small twists, which they say is often the best way to keep the balance right. Their favourite Maldivian ingredients are tuna and coconut, both in plentiful supply here and two of the most essential ingredients – this duo forms the backbone of many dishes in Dhivehi cuisine.
